Ordering from us

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. Each agreement between you and us is being registered and saved in our e-shop data base. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send You a dispatch confirmation by email. Each agreement between You and Us is being registered and saved in Our e-shop data base. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified You that we do not accept your order or You have cancelled your order. The ordered goods are being sent within 2-4 work days after the received payment for the selected items.

We are sending all the messages only to the address you indicated in the registration form. You are sending all messages and questions to the indicated address or e-mail in our e-shop sector „Contacts“.

We may refuse to accept an order:
a) where goods are not available;
b) where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment;
c) if there has been a pricing or product description error;
d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

  IMPORTANT: Please note that there is a tolerance of ± 1 percent for the fabric lenghts. Fabric is measured by machine according to the coefficient which is calculated for each quality. Please always pay attention when ordering fabrics, and order some more fabric to avoid shortage. 

Pricing

All prices are with VAT.

Our prices are reviewed periodically and necessary changes will be posted on our site, but finally approved after your order resulting from changes in prices will not be affected.
